Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Once shipped, the delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹1000.

  • A standard shipping charge may apply on orders below ₹1000.

4. Incorrect Address

Please make sure the shipping address is correct while placing the order.
We will not be responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

5. Delay in Delivery

Sometimes delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control such as:

  • Courier service issues

  • Natural conditions

  • Festivals / High order volume

In such cases, we request customers to cooperate. Refund will not be provided due to shipping delays.

6. Damaged Parcel / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel, you must:

  • Record an unboxing video

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Without proper unboxing video proof, we will not be able to take any action.
