    Thank you for shopping with us. As a small business, we take great care in maintaining the quality of our products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

    1. No Return / No Refund Policy

    We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once the order has been delivered. All sales are final.

    2. Exchange for Defective Product Only

    We only provide exchange in case the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

    3. Unboxing Video is Mandatory

    An unboxing video is required to claim any exchange.

    • The video must be recorded from the start while opening the parcel.

    • The parcel should be unopened in the video.

    • The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.

    If the customer does not provide a proper unboxing video,
    we will not be able to process any exchange request.

    4. Proof Required

    To request an exchange, the customer must provide:

    • Unboxing video

    • Clear photos of the defective product

    • Order details (Order ID / Name / Phone number)

    Without proper proof, exchange requests will not be approved.

    5. Exchange Approval

    If the issue is verified by our team, we will provide an exchange for the same product or a similar product depending on availability.

    6. Non-Eligible Cases

    Exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong product selected by customer

    • Minor color / design difference due to lighting or screen display

    • No unboxing video provided

    • Complaint made after 24 hours of delivery
